COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics for the Astra Zeneca vaccine are now available to book (check your eligibility here). Vaccination information and downloads available here. Phone reception to book, appointments for the clinics will be online however more are available for future clinics via reception.

The appointment system is structured to provide the best chance for patients to see their doctor when they need to be seen. A percentage of appointments are kept free such that they may only be booked on the day. This enables patients who are acutely ill to be seen promptly. Our on line appointments are generally available one to two weeks in advance,
For appointments with all Doctors, if you have more than one significant issue to deal with please check with reception if you should book a long appointment so that you are less likely to be asked to come back on another day to finish the consultation. Standard appointments are 15 minutes and some doctors work at a different rate. We are happy to book double appointments as needed and the charge applies to the time used not booked. The Doctor may also have issues he/she needs to discuss with you of which you had not planned.
For prescription or referral requests, the doctors request you make an appointment to come in and see them or have a telehealth consultation. With any significantly abnormal results that require further action we will endeavour to ask you to come in for an appointment soon after the results are seen by the doctor. Thus it is suggested you wait at least a week before requesting results.
Should you wish to check your results, you may ring and speak to the nursing staff or ask your doctor about attaching your results to your Manage My Health portal.
The phone lines are switched from the answering machine at 8:15 am. There is an immediate message on our system prior to the reception answering.
Please be aware that not all doctors will refer for terminations, check with reception to book with the appropriate doctor.
